This is a place for anyone willing to connect to Yoga in any way. You can get more information on yoga classes and/or browse through the blog.

The purpose of the blog is to make Yoga as accessible as a simple ‘Hey, how’s it going?’ conversation for all – irrespective of any natural or man-made distinctions. No matter the gender you identify with, or your age, fitness, dietary or lifestyle choices or your personality traits or your goals and dreams, yoga is for everyone and every body. Yoga respects all the same. I deem to personify yoga, because the practice is a teacher in itself that teaches us to be kinder, compassionate, just, understanding and respectful, among many other things, to ourselves and others. Yoga guides us in diving deeper within ourselves to unleash our true nature. Here, I hope to journey deep in the roots of Yoga, its philosophy and essence with all of you, not just to teach, but to learn more and more myself.
